The Foundation is able to accept online donations for both the Story County Community Foundation and the funds under our "umbrella". These are handled through our affiliation with the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines. There is not fee for this service so the entire amount of the donation goes to the fund specified.
Donating to the Story County Community Foundation or any of its Agency Funds is as easy as writing a check and putting it in the mail.
1. Please write the check to the Story County Community Foundation If it is for an Agency Fund, write the check to the name of the fund and indicate SCCF on the memo line.
2. Please include your name, address, phone,and whether or not you wish to receive Endow Iowa Tax Credits for your contribution.
3. Please indicate whether or not we may use your name in the media and on our website as a donor.

Matching Gifts
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. As a donor to the Story County Community Foundation, you may be able to double the impact of your gift if your employer offers a matching gift program. Usually all you need to do is complete a form that is available through your employer. Turn in the form with your gift and we will do the rest.
