Senior Manager – Online Sales Job Description JOB TITLE: Senior Manager – Online Sales REPORTS TO: Senior Operations Director TIME COMMITMENT: Full-time (40 hours / week) Position Summary The Senior Manager for Online Sales supports the mission of Overflow Thrift Store (OTS) by administering the Overflow Ebay store and other online sales avenues. The Senior Manager leads the Online sales team to select items for placement on on-line sales avenues, train store staff to identify items for special price / online sales, complete pricing review for all items (following pricing guides, when applicable), establish efficient processes for transfer and management of merchandise between Overflow stores, list items on Overflow online sales stores in a creative and appealing manner, manage product promotions, organize online merchandise for efficient storage and access, oversee regular product rotation so the Overflow ebay store is “fresh,” assist customers to complete purchases and maintain positive communications with customers, and arrange for shipping of items. The Senior Manager collaborates with other online sales and marketing staff to achieve sales goals, promote Ebay store merchandise, and maintain efficient online store operations.
